Giving continuation to the light and shadow project

Anyone familiar with Ukiyo-e prints might know that the 2nd painting is inspired in one of Hokusai’s Thirty-six Views of Mount Fuji series.
I just came up with the idea of rendering some classic paintings like this in a different media (Acrylic) and see the results. Honestly quite hard to attain the desired one. I’m not happy 100 % , but I should move forward and keep challenging to the next one. At least, it is succeeding to the dead lines I have inside my head.
There’s few other topics I wanna cover in future paintings.
It will be more complicated as I want to feature human figures and/ or animals. Let’s see…
