Very pleased to finish this project! My first large Hybrid Maori piece on a female customer.
I really do hope more girls find out this style is suitable to the female form.
Obviously is suitable for the body itself. The Japanese and other Pacific islands natives, developed a unique tattoo form using the entire body.
Naturally, the combination of this 2 styles are the ultimate answer for a more powerful expression.
And I’m happy when you are carrying this to the next level.

日本の刺青と太平洋諸島の入墨。どちらも体全体を使っての美意識を表わす、世界でもまれに見ない究極の人体改造。
本来日本でも、いわゆる”トライバル”が和人（大和民族）のアイデンティティーとしての文様だ。縄文時代の土偶に描かれたデザインは入墨と研究者の間では認識されている。
もちろん江戸時代に開花した”刺青・文身”も日本の物ではあるが、中国の影響は否定出来ない。水滸伝が一番解りやすい例であろう。
今の日中情勢を照らせ合わすのはナンセンであるが、要するに中国も日本も政治的哲学や生活観もその刺青が開花した江戸時代から当然変わった。今一度”日本”という一つの精神として見直した時には、このトライバリズム（部族中心主義・同族意識）と考えた時（刺青・タトゥーに関しては）この二つの民芸・アートルーツ（縄文時代のトライバルと江戸時代の和柄）が総合した物が未来の日本図になるという信念を持ちながら今日も彫ります。
